Care Bridge is built on a fundamental principle: physicians lead, technology assists. Every medical opinion, assessment, and recommendation that reaches you comes from a licensed, board-certified physician who has personally reviewed your case.

While we use advanced technology — including AI translation, document organization, and administrative tools — these technologies serve the physician, not the other way around. No technology, no matter how advanced, replaces the clinical judgment, experience, and ethical responsibility of a qualified physician.

Physician Credentials and Verification

Every Care Bridge physician meets rigorous standards:

• Active US medical license in good standing
• Current board certification in their specialty
• Completed accredited residency and/or fellowship training
• Clean malpractice and disciplinary history
• Ongoing continuing medical education

AI as a Physician's Assistant

AI tools on Care Bridge function as administrative assistants to our physicians. They help with tasks like translating documents, organizing records, and drafting preliminary notes — the same kinds of tasks that medical scribes and administrative staff handle in a traditional clinical setting.

The critical difference from traditional AI health applications: on Care Bridge, AI never speaks directly to the patient. Every AI output goes through physician review, editing, and signature before it reaches you. This ensures that what you receive reflects your physician's independent medical judgment, not an algorithm's output.
